These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) regulate the contractual relationships between the customer and the online shop “Sweaterdrip” based in Switzerland. By placing an order, the customer declares his agreement to these terms and conditions.

2.1. The presentation of the products in the “Sweaterdrip” online shop does not constitute a binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.

2.2. By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

2.3. "Sweaterdrip" reserves the right to refuse orders without giving reasons.

3.1. All items in the "Sweaterdrip" online shop are personalized products that are made according to the customer's wishes.

3.2. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all personalization information is correct. "Sweaterdrip" assumes no responsibility for errors resulting from inaccurate or incorrect information provided by the customer.

  1. No returns, exchanges or cancellations

4.1. Due to the personalized nature of the products, "Sweaterdrip" does not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations after an order has been placed.

4.2. The customer is requested to check his order carefully before completing it.

5.1. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and will be communicated to the customer before completing the ordering process.

5.2. “Sweaterdrip” shall not be liable for any delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond the company’s control.

6.1. “Sweaterdrip” assumes no liability for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused by the use of the personalized items.

6.2. Any liability of “Sweaterdrip” is limited to gross negligence and intent.

8.1. Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

8.2. Changes or additions to these terms and conditions must be made in writing.

8.3. If individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are or become ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

Miscellaneous

Do the offers only contain one product or are there two?

Our products always refer to a single product. If you would like to order multiple products, you must personalize them separately and add them to your shopping cart individually.

What payment options are there?

We offer the following payment options:

  • Transfer via IBAN (advance payment)
  • Credit card (Visa, MasterCard)
  • PayPal
  • American Express

If none of the available payment methods work for you, log in via Instagram @sweaterdrip.

How does the sweater fit?

Our sweaters are unisex and can therefore be larger for women than for men. We recommend the standard size for men and a size smaller for women. You can find more detailed information in our size table.

I have my own design, where can I order it?

Do you have your own logo or would you like your own custom design? Then write to us directly via Instagram @sweaterdrip or via WhatsApp on +41 77 812 21 30 and we will create your personal sweatshirt together! Our prices are also fair for individual orders.

Shipment

How long is the production time?

Our sweaters are custom made to order and may take up to approximately 14 business days to produce. We make sure every item is perfect before we ship it. However, your order may be ready for dispatch faster or later depending on the order volume.

In addition to the production time, there is also the shipping time. For example, an order within Switzerland would take approx. 14 working days of production time + 2 working days of shipping time to the customer.

How long are the shipping times?

These are the estimated delivery times and the respective shipping costs:

  • Within Switzerland
    B-Post shipping, with tracking: 2 working days, CHF 7.00
  • Germany and Austria
    Standard parcel, with tracking: 2-4 working days, CHF 9.00
  • Rest of Europe including Great Britain
    Economy Minipac, without tracking: 5-9 working days, CHF 18.00
  • USA
    Economy Minipac, without tracking: 5-15 working days, CHF 25.00

Do I get customs fees if I order outside Switzerland?

Customs fees are not included in the shipping costs and are borne by the buyer. Buyers from Germany and Austria generally do not receive any additional fees. Buyers from Switzerland will never receive any additional fees.

Return Policy & Liability

Can I cancel or exchange my order?

We do not accept returns, cancellations or exchanges as these are personalized items and are only made to order.

Can I change my order later?

Orders that are subsequently changed or adjusted by the customer cannot always be taken into account. Changes lead to delays and are usually not accepted after the order has been placed.

My item is damaged/Something is missing, what can I do?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (including photos/videos so we can see the issue) at sweaterdrip1@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item so we can resolve the issue evaluate and resolve. Complaints must be made in writing (e-mail) within two working days. After this period, no further complaints will be processed.

What can I do if the item does not look like the picture?

Our items are all unique and our sweater colors change minimally on an ongoing basis. Imperfections such as gaps in embroidery and variations in sweater color, design or size are part of the unique characteristics of our products and are not considered defective or damaged.
